Solutions to border obstacles go beyond funding, but Interreg programmes can be important governance tools and funding instruments to work on such solutions.
Main objectives of the session are: Providing an overview on the agenda for border regions & major policy issues related to it; showing b-solutions as one approach to spot and work on concrete border-obstacles, discussing the need for complementary tools to come towards lasting consultation mechanisms.
