How to get to the venue
From the airport Brussels Zaventem
Option 1 :
Train IC 2335 from the airport to Bruxelles-Nord, then bus line 20, stop: Tour et Taxis.
Option 2 :
Bus line 471 from the airport to Bruxelles-Nord, then bus line 20, stop: Tour et Taxis.
Option 3:
Bus Express line 12 during the day from Monday to Friday, or Bus line 21 in the evening and on Saturday and Sunday, from the airport to Trône, then metro line 2/6, stop : Yser, then 15 min walk to the venue.

Metro 2 or 6 > Ribaucourt, then 9 min by walk

Interpretation
Simultaneous interpretation will be available in English, French and German for plenary sessions.

Webstreaming
All plenary sessions will be broadcast on the event website via live web-streaming.
The workshops will be held on Zoom.
Online participants will receive connection details and technical recommendations, by email, a few days before the event. We recommend that you already download the Zoom Application, to ensure your IT environment can support the software.
